Setup time: September 27th , 9am- Noon

Breakdown time: September 28th, 6pm- 9pm

I understand I am not allowed to sell guns or any items used for weaponry (exception knives). I am not allowed to sell adult toys, lingerie, cbd, marijuana, pills, liquor or any type of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs. These items will be grounds for immediate removal without refund.

I understand if I am a Food Vendor or Food Truck I must be licensed or obey all cottage food laws.

I have read the Vendor Waiver and Vendor Terms of Conditions. My submission of this form with act as my signature to uphold those contracts.
