Love Inspired Craft Show & After-Prom
To start the year, we hosted the Love Inspired Craft Show for Addison Community Schools, bringing together more than 70 amazing vendors. While many featured Valentine’s-themed crafts and creations, every item showcased was considered love inspired—from candles and woodworking to baked goods and jewelry. Thanks to the incredible support from our community, the craft show raised over $4,000 to benefit the Addison Upperclassmen After-Prom Program.
Following this success, we hosted the After-Prom Party, where more than 100 students enjoyed a safe, fun-filled night away from drugs, alcohol, and drunk driving. The event featured massive inflatables, a taco bar, free concessions, hamster balls, a professional laser tag company, card games, an escape room, volleyball, basketball, and more. To top it all off, we gave away over $6,000 in prizes, making the night truly unforgettable for many of our Addison Community students.
We are proud to support the AWARE Shelter of Jackson. Since 1977, the AWARE Shelter has been providing safety and support for victims of domestic violence. Located at 706 W. Michigan Avenue, the shelter offers a secure facility for up to 30 women, men, and children—helping them move from victims to survivors.
In addition to providing a safe and protected place to heal, the AWARE Shelter offers clean and comfortable housing, food, clothing, counseling, transportation services, and resources to help individuals build independence and maintain safety for the future.
At Summers Inspired Events, we are honored to donate a percentage of our yearly proceeds to support this incredible organization.
