I understand I am not allowed to sell guns or any items used for weaponry (Exception knives). I am not allowed to sell adult items, lingerie, cbd, marijuana, liquor (unless licensed), pills, or any illegal drugs of any kind. These items will be grounds for immediate removal without refund.

I understand if I am a food vendor or food truck, I must be licensed or obey all cottage food laws.

I have read the vendor waiver and the vendor terms of conditions. My submission of this form will act as my signature to uphold those contracts.
